Growth Summit: A Season of Clarity
Leadership can get noisy. Competing priorities, constant change, and the pressure to keep moving can make it difficult to know where to focus next.
This year’s Growth Summit is all about cutting through that noise.
Join us for a full day of leadership development with Debbie Peterson, a nationally recognized leadership expert, as we explore how greater clarity can help us lead with more confidence, strengthen the people around us, and focus our energy where it can make the greatest impact.
Throughout the day, attendees will dig into authentic leadership, decision-making, mentoring, listening, building stronger relationships, and turning insight into action, with plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow credit union professionals along the way.
The Growth Summit is designed for credit union team members at every stage of their career, whether you’re just beginning to grow as a leader or have been leading teams for years.
The UP Chapter is also offering two scholarships to attend the Growth Summit, covering both registration and travel expenses for selected recipients – Apply Here!
And for those arriving the night before, we’re kicking things off with a pre-event networking hike at Sugarloaf Mountain!
